The Environment constitutes one of the key areas where the Sando Foundation is active in contributing to the sustainable development and protection.

The Foundation has promoted a work program in this field, organising conferences, conventions, round table discussions, exhibitions, seminars, education programs for students in partnership with other institutions.

As an instrument for the development of Corporate Social Responsibility in Sando, the Foundation developed a program, in 2007 and 2008, focussed on the promotion of environmental awareness, training and best practices as well as acting directing in projects for the conservation and recuperation of our natural environment.
