Sando is convinced that ethical and sustainable actions of any organisation is a consequence of the human factor in these organisations. For this reason, the program of activities for Internal Social Action of the Sando Foundation are directed towards the persons working or providing services to Sando and their families.

 

The Sando Foundation undertakes actions to bring together and encourage relationships among its personnel, promoting teamwork, solidarity, efficiency and productivity.

 

As a consequence, a series of actions have been established which respond to the principles of the Group in terms of Corporate Social Responsibility towards Sando personnel.

 

These activities include annual programs aimed at expanding the knowledge and expertise of personnel in their areas as well as programs designed to encourage and promote new talents in the individual, with the goal of enhancing professional and personal wellbeing.
