> Constitution of the Foundation
The Sando Foundation was created on June 5, 2006 through an agreement with the General Shareholders’ Meeting of Sando in order to integrate the Social and Cultural Activities of the companies of the Group.
The Foundation was registered in the Special Foundations Register of the Ministry of Culture under number 724.
> Geographical area of activity
The Sando Foundation is developing social and cultural projects in all the regions where the Sando group is active.
> Budget
The Foundation is financed through the donations of Sando as well as the public and private organisations and institutions which regularly or periodically participate with the Foundation.
